Stan Ray 80's Cord Painter Pants
Seen here in an olive cord colourway, these Stan Ray 80’s Cord Painter Pants are made from 18-wale 100% corduroy and feature signature brand details that give the design a unique character. A single colour matched button secures the waistband and a zippered fly has been added below. On either side of the waist slanted entrance pockets are available to store small essentials and an additional coin compartment has been added to the right. On the reverse two curved patch pockets sit above a hammer loop detail and thigh pockets which showcase the brands origins within workwear. For a flattering fit, the legs are tapered with straight cut hems for a clean finish that allows the fabric to be rolled to suit. A woven logo label has been added onto the reverse for signature branding. Bar tacked stitching has been added at key stress points whilst triple chain stitched flat fell seams have been used across the design for a highly durable finish.
Based in Crockett, Texas where the brand was founded in 1972, Stan Ray have gained a strong international following for those who appreciate clothing that is purposeful, hardwearing and customised with unique details. Recent collections have shown a change in times with Miles Johnson heading up design and bringing confident bursts of colour and vibrant print designs.
