Unique vintage 1930s dress in bias cut black rayon velvet. Broad shouldered with rolled padded epaulets and long attached ties at the hips. Deep v-neckline in back. There is no opening, snaps or zipper, dress slips on over the head.
Please Note the condition:
This dress is in good condition and still wearable, it would be great for a stage costume as well. All the seams have been reinforced, there are no seam breaks. There may be some small areas of velvet wear along the hemline but it is not noticeable. The hem-tape binding inside the neckline needs to be tacked back down. There is one mend along the v-neck in the back and one small hole, this is shown in last photo. Priced accordingly and sold as is, sale is final.
